What age do you start teaching from?
Children can start from 7 years.
There is no upper age limit, you can start learning guitar at any age.

Are you open during school holidays
Yes. We are open all year round apart from 2 weeks over Christmas.
Some students are away during school holidays and that’s fine, just let us know in advance so as to avoid cancellation fees.
Am I too old?
You’re never too old! You might not make it to be the next Eric Clapton, but there’s nothing stopping you learning an instrument to a high enough standard to have fun with it.
Can I sit in on my child’s lesson?
If it’s a private lesson, yes you are most welcome to come and sit in. In fact it’s a great way to see how your child is progressing and to get a feel for what the lessons are like.
We don’t allow anyone to watch any of the group lessons/workshops as it is unfair to the other students who may get nervous with someone unfamiliar watching.
Can I have a lesson at the same time each week?
Yes. You can reserve a time slot and you will be booked in for this time each week. If for some reason you can’t attend one week, just let us know with plenty of notice (we require at least 48hrs notice otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged).
Please note: we can only reserve the same time-slot each week if you wish to attend it weekly.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
